Your Role
As a Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal, you will:
- Assist attorneys with trust and estate administration, including preparing trustee notices, accountings, and required filings.
- Draft court documents such as petitions, inventories, appraisals, and distributions.
- Coordinate asset valuations, transfers, and distributions for trust and estate administration.
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with clients, attorneys, and third parties, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
- Track and meet deadlines for probate and trust administration filings, notices, and tasks.
- Support attorneys in preparing for hearings and case-related proceedings.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has had prior experience in probate and trust administration or a related legal field.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding (and ability to research) the Probate Code, California Rules of Court (CRC), and California Code of Civil Procedure (CCP).
- Communicates clearly and collaboratively with clients, attorneys, and third parties.
- Is proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe, including OCR and Bates stamping.
- Has experience E-filing court documents.
- Thrives in a remote team environment, showing self-motivation and accountability.

- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
